Brothas That Build -Middletown, De. Conf.

Brothas That Build, sponsored by Middletown's own Tynop Butcher (famous for his annual Hollywood Saturday Free BBQ), is holding an event @NorthStar Grill & Lounge, located on Main St. in Middletown, De. this Tuesday evening(3/19/2013). Starts at 7PM sharp. Local and statewide community members, educators, networkers, and, business owners from all industries will be in attendance.  Come and see what others have to offer; or offer  what you may on a positive note. Speaking of Rights!!

 ... at the NCC Courthouse in Delaware today there was an apparent lack of responsibility displayed by certain court officials, more specific the Public Defender's("PD") Office. Amazed yet not surprised was the reaction.          
There was a claim by the defendant that a Double Jeopardy was afoot; however, the appointed PD not only brushed it off as if it were nonsense, but became visibly irate when the defendant insisted the PD protect such right. THE 5TH AMENDMENT PROTECTS U.S. CITIZENS FROM BEING TWICE PUT IN JEOPARDY FOR THE SAME OFFENSE. Ultimately, the defendant asserted such right and, after explanation, the Court agreed that Defendant's Double Jeopardy rights would have been violated had the challenge not been made ... no thanks to the PD of course ... .. ...
